On a small island in Concepcion, Iloilo, a group of women fisherfolk is creating more than just snacks, they are building an additional source of livelihood through homemade seaweed crackers.

The Cebu provincial government formally entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with MTD Philippines Inc. on May 19 for the proposed development of the Balili property in southern Cebu.
