With an avid fan base, viral music videos, and a sold-out three-day performance in June, the nation's girl group BINI is dominating the P-Pop landscape.

BINI, an eight-member P-Pop group from ABS-CBN's Star Magic, made its debut in June 2021. Their music is an entertaining blend of catchy melodies and inspirational lyrics, tapping on the charm of encouragement.

Headlining their successes are two Cebuana girls who have become fan favorites. Get to know Mikha and Aiah, Cebu’s BINI pride.

Meet Aiah

Aiah is the oldest member of the group. She serves as the main rapper, sub vocalist, and visual of the group.

Her cheerful personality and dreamy voice are considered her well-known attributes. Those who have met her say she is highly charming, making her a center of attention among fans.

This 23-year-old, who was born on January 27, 2001, has also been on TV in advertisements. She launched her career as an idol by trying out for the 2018 Star Hunt Auditions, which were held in Cebu.

Aiah is also a second-year student studying architecture with a focus on interior design and multimedia arts.

Meet Mikha

Mikha is also the group's primary rapper, lead dancer, visual, and third-youngest member.

Although she was born and raised in Cebu, her family eventually relocated to Sta. Rosa, Laguna for two years before moving to Silang, Cavite, for eight years. She currently calls Manila home, but has been fond of talking about her family's constant relocation during her early years.

Similar to Aiah, Mikha trained for two years prior to  making their debut and before being named one the main rappers of the group.

Together with Maloi, Colet, Jhoanna, Sheena, Stacey and Gwen, BINI incorporates elements of traditional Filipino music into its blend of classic pop and hip-hop rhythms. Imagine upbeat melodies that entice you to dance, paired with meaningful lyrics that linger long after the song ends.

It’s no wonder that they’re taking the Philippine pop scene by storm.
