Mayor Jose Ivan Agda's visionary plans include hiring former members of the CPP/NPA as tour guides, providing them with opportunities for livelihood and a chance to start a new, peaceful life.

With TIEZA committing P17 million for the development of Hebacong Sea of Clouds, Borongan City is not only preserving its natural wonders but also creating avenues for sustainable tourism.
