In collaboration with the Department of Trade and Industry Region 3 (DTI-3), 2GO, the leading end-to-end transportation and logistics solutions provider in the Philippines and a division of SM Group, is empowering a community of online businesses in Central Luzon.
More than 50 entrepreneurs took part in the 2GO Getters Biz Exchange Workshop held in Clark, Pampanga, according to a statement released by the business.
Participants in the workshop got the chance to learn about successful online merchandising, building an online presence, and appreciating the critical role that the shipping and delivery experience plays.
“Attending workshops like this is crucial for business owners, especially micro and small entrepreneurs. The workshop offers continuous guidance and keeps them abreast of the latest trends and techniques for efficient product advertising," said Division Chief Warren Patrick T. Serrano of DTI-3 SME Development Division.
Connecting businesses
2GO Getters is an inclusive community that provides growth-oriented seminars, workshops, online advertising campaigns, special promotions, and networking possibilities.
The purpose of the 2GO Getters network is to foster relationships with small company owners and help them grow by reaching out to markets outside of their immediate neighborhoods. Business owners in Central Luzon may trade at around 200 2GO locations, including SM Business Centers in significant SM malls, thanks to their established reach.
The 2GO community aims to enhance sales potential even for firms located in certain cities throughout the nation by promoting knowledge transfer in critical areas such as digital marketing and e-commerce.
Boosting MSMEs
According to 2GO, frequent interaction with subject matter experts—such as TikTok Shop—is given top priority during seminars in order to guarantee that businesses succeed in a highly competitive market.
“Our commitment to help boost the local MSME sector is not just about business—it’s about fueling dreams, building connections, and ultimately creating a better life," 2GO president and CEO Frederic DyBuncio said.
"By supporting homegrown enterprises, we’re investing in innovation, creating opportunities, and laying a platform towards an inclusive and sustainable economic growth that benefits local communities and, hopefully, the nation as a whole,” he added.
