Previously, businesses navigating international trade faced bureaucratic hurdles, including securing tax-exempt certificates from the Department of Finance. The ATA Carnet simplifies this process by allowing businesses to present straightforward documentation to the BOC, eliminating the need for financial bonds typically required to ensure goods return.
