John Philip Paladan Dela Cruz–a graduate of Isabela State University (ISU)--has emerged as the top performer in the December 2024 Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Licensure Examination, with an impressive score of 88.80%. The results, announced by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), highlight Dela Cruz's outstanding achievement among 2,625 examinees who took the exam across the country earlier this month.

Strong Exam Participation and Results

The December 2024 licensure exam saw widespread participation, with test centers in Metro Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Rosales, Tacloban, and Tuguegarao. Of the 2,625 examinees, 1,479 successfully passed, resulting in a pass rate of about 56%. This reflects the growing demand for agricultural and biosystems engineers, whose expertise is vital in addressing key issues such as food security, environmental sustainability, and agricultural technology.
