Property giant Megaworld is embarking on an exciting venture with the development of the San Benito Private Estate, a 25-hectare integrated active wellness township. In partnership with the esteemed group behind The Farm at San Benito, this project aims to redefine the concept of wellness living in the Philippines.

A Low-Density Wellness Community

San Benito Private Estate is designed as a low-density community, focusing on holistic wellness and sustainable living. The township will feature a variety of residential options, including village lots and low-rise condominiums, along with an international brand hotel, a sports and leisure hub, and an active adult center. With around 50% of the area dedicated to green and open spaces, residents will enjoy access to community gardens, nature parks, and walking trails that celebrate the surrounding natural beauty. The location, just 20 minutes from Lipa City Proper, offers stunning views of the Malarayat mountains, enveloped by lush forests and tranquil waterways.

Integration with The Farm at San Benito

A key highlight of San Benito Private Estate is its direct connection to The Farm at San Benito, a world-renowned eco-luxury wellness resort. Future residents and visitors will have seamless access to the resort's exceptional facilities, which include medically-supervised health programs and holistic wellness treatments. This partnership aims to elevate the township's appeal, integrating high-quality real estate with wellness-focused amenities. According to Kevin L. Tan, president and CEO of Alliance Global Group, Inc. (AGI), this collaboration is part of a broader strategy to enhance the Philippines’ tourism industry through innovative wellness experiences.

A Commitment to Holistic Wellness

The vision for San Benito Private Estate reflects Megaworld's commitment to creating sustainable communities that prioritize health and longevity. Lourdes Gutierrez-Alfonso, president of Megaworld, emphasizes the alignment of their business philosophy with that of The Farm, aiming to offer a lifestyle that promotes well-being for residents and visitors alike. The project, with an investment of P12 billion over the next five to seven years, marks a significant step toward establishing a game-changing community that combines luxurious living with holistic health initiatives. Dr. Binod Chaudhary, chairman of the Chaudhary Group, echoes this sentiment, highlighting the potential of merging high-quality real estate with the wellness expertise of The Farm.
