Bell-Kenz Pharma Strengthens Health Support For PH Navy

Bell-Kenz Pharma Inc. reinforced its commitment to public service after donating a wide range of essential medicines, vitamins, and hygiene supplies to the Civil Military Operations Group of the Philippine Navy (CMOG-PN) through its Civil Affairs Unit. The initiative underscores the company’s role as a steady partner in promoting the health, safety, and operational readiness of naval personnel who serve on the frontlines and in community-based missions nationwide.

The turnover highlights Bell-Kenz’s ongoing advocacy to help safeguard the well-being of the country’s defenders by ensuring they have access to basic healthcare necessities that support both daily operations and humanitarian work.

Supporting Readiness and Humanitarian Missions

The donated supplies are expected to play a key role in strengthening programs such as the Serbisyo Caravan, which mobilizes naval personnel to deliver medical assistance and other forms of support to communities in need across the country.

“As personnel of the Philippine Navy under CMOG-PN, the donated medicines, vitamins, and hygiene supplies will directly support our Serbisyo Caravan by promoting the health and well-being of our personnel. These items will help address basic health needs, prevent the spread of illnesses, and ensure our operations are conducted safely and effectively. Partnerships like this strengthen our humanitarian service and reinforce our commitment to nation-building,” ENS Jerico V. Quidez PN, Executive Officer of the Civil Affairs Unit of CMOG-PN, said.

Beyond community outreach, the donation also strengthens the Navy’s internal capacity to maintain a healthy and mission-ready workforce, particularly for personnel deployed in demanding environments where access to medical resources can be limited.

Partnership for Health, Service, and Nation-Building

From Bell-Kenz’s perspective, the collaboration reflects a deeper sense of responsibility toward those who dedicate their lives to protecting the nation, as well as a recognition of the vital link between health and service.

“Supporting the health of our nation's defenders is both a responsibility and a privilege. Through this initiative, we aim to be a Kaagapay sa Kalusugan of the men and women of the Philippine Navy, helping them remain healthy, resilient, and ready to serve. Their dedication inspires us to continuously contribute to programs that protect, care for, and empower those who serve our country,” Dr. James Cayetano, President of the Bell-Kenz Foundation, said.

Bell-Kenz officials likewise emphasized that investing in health directly contributes to operational effectiveness, ensuring that naval personnel can perform their duties safely and with confidence.

“Health is the backbone of readiness. By providing these medicines and hygiene supplies, we help ensure that our naval personnel are fully equipped to carry out their duties safely and effectively. Bell-Kenz is proud to stand as a true Kaagapay sa Kalusugan ng Philippine Navy, affirming that wellness and mission readiness go hand in hand,” Dr. Luis Raymond T. Go, Medical Director of Bell-Kenz Pharma Inc., said.

Through partnerships like this, Bell-Kenz Pharma continues to live up to its promise of being a true Kaagapay sa Kalusugan—not only for Filipino families, but also for the men and women who safeguard the country. By helping ensure that naval personnel remain healthy and prepared, the initiative ultimately supports stronger communities and a more resilient Philippines.
