The Philippines took center stage as the proud host of the Asia Artist Awards 2023, the most renowned celebration in Asian entertainment. This prestigious event recognizes and celebrates excellence in the diverse realms of Asian entertainment. Marking a historic chapter in the nation's cultural narrative, the prestigious ceremony was held in the world's largest indoor arena in Bulacan on December 14, gathering the brightest stars in Asia.
NewJeans, the sensational K-pop group, emerged as the major winner, clinching a total of six awards, while Lee Junho from 2PM secured a dual victory, earning the prestigious Actor of the Year award for two consecutive years.
Awards were also presented to our very own artists, such as SB19, KathNiel, Melai Cantiveros-Francisco, Ben&Ben, and HORI7ON.
